The Real Estate/Mortgage Loan Servicing Representative II position supports the servicing of mortgage loans throughout various duties and the support of products which include conventional, high balance, jumbo, FNMA, VA, second mortgages and Home Equity Lines of Credit. This team member is expected to deliver a high level of quality service to our membership. This team member will need to be familiar with routine and complex servicing transactions, familiarity with reviewing loan history, responding to member inquiries as well as 3rd party inquiries, researching and/or preparing documentation, or analyzing requests in accordance with established guidelines and determining appropriate course of action.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate’s degree preferred or three years related financial institution or credit union experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in mortgage lending operations and regulations.
Salary Range: $20.88-$31.32
