The Marketing Intelligence Analyst will support Frontwave Credit Union’s overall strategy by leveraging insights gleaned from Member and market data using a wide variety of sources and making recommendations aimed at improving Member experience and operational excellence, while driving change and market growth. Success in this role will require a broad skill set that includes qualitative and quantitative research, and analytics.
In this role, you will be collaborating closely with Frontwave’s internal business partners, agencies and research vendors to develop innovative solutions and insights using data and analysis tools. This position is responsible to uphold and abide by Frontwave Credit Union’s core values and service expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following non-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. All duties are to be performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations as well as Credit Union policies and procedures.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related field, including Marketing, Market Research, Data Science, Communications, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analysis or Economics is required. Master’s degree a plus.
1-2 years marketing research, business intelligence, managing and/or conducting primary and secondary research studies experience is preferred. Financial Services Industry preferred.
Strong demonstrable experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Salary Range: $33.59 - $50.38
