Member Experience Floater

Responsible for being a financial advocate for our members in the selection of the best products and services at various branch locations to meet business needs.  This position will be required to perform a variety of complex  Teller and USR functions including, the opening and closing of a branch.

Be knowledgeable in all product and promotional offerings to assist members and fellow employees.

Responsible to uphold and abide by Frontwave’s core values and service expectations. At times when not assisting a branch can be assigned to assist with calls for MSC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following non-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.  All duties are to be performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Credit Union policies and procedures.

 

• Ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as outlined in Teller I, Teller II and USR I job descriptions.
• Continually evaluates operational procedures, making recommendations for changes as needed.
• Performs advanced research on accounts and identifies and corrects member account problems.
• Performs nightly branch balancing as needed.
• Maintains coin and/or cash vault as needed.
• Assist with branch audits as needed, to include auditing of new memberships and funded loans.
• Opens and closes branch as needed
• Assists in the mentoring of branch personnel as necessary.
• Provides feedback on inconsistencies that occur at branch locations with regard to branch operations.

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). 

3-5 years new account and lending experience in a credit union or similar financial institution.

Salary Range: $21.40 - $32.11
