Overview

As a Street Team Member, you will be the face of Frontwave Credit Union at community events and the Frontwave Arena. Your primary role will be to engage with the public, promote our services, and create memorable experiences for attendees. This position requires flexibility in working hours, with a focus on evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Includes the following non-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. All duties are to be performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Credit Union policies and procedures to ensure quality Member Service.

 

Event Logistics & Operations

  • Assist in the full lifecycle of event booth management, including organizing, packing, transporting, setting up, and tearing down event booths and displays.
  • Manage booth inventory before, during, and after events, ensuring all necessary promotional materials and supplies are readily available.
  • Troubleshoot minor issues that may arise at the booth (e.g., technical glitches, supply shortages) and resolve them efficiently or escalate as needed.
  • Ensure the security of all Frontwave assets (promotional items, electronics) at the event booth.

Content & Feedback

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos at events for social media and marketing purposes, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Provide valuable feedback and actionable insights from event experiences to help improve future engagement strategies and campaigns.
  • Contribute to post-event reporting, documenting key metrics, observations, and lead generation outcomes.

General

  • Attend all required pre-event briefings and training sessions to stay informed on key messaging and organizational updates.
  • May assist with initial follow-up communications to event leads as directed by the marketing team.
  • Night and weekend hours are required

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

 

High School Graduate (GED), AA or currently enrolled in a four year college degree, plus two years of proven, hands-on experience related to sales, business development or community relations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Outgoing and friendly personality.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Reliable transportation to various event locations.

        

Salary Range $21.40 -$32.11
