Frontwave Credit Union is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Project Analyst to provide comprehensive project and process support with a focus on business analysis and continuous improvement. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and project teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements while driving process optimization and data-driven decision making.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Includes the following non-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. All duties are to be performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Frontwave Credit Union policies and procedures.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree is required. One to two years’ experience managing projects in multiple areas is required. Preferably experience in business analysis, project support, or process improvement
Experience with Agile methodologies and requirements gathering processes

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Possess the skills to work with Windows Microsoft Office and willingness to learn Project Management Software.
Salary Range: $34.56/hr - $51.84/hr
