Frontwave Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to provide cross-functional and departmental project and process support with a focus on productivity and solutions. This role serves as a key facilitator for Agile project execution, process improvement initiatives, and departmental tactical planning while maintaining project visibility through comprehensive documentation and continuous improvement practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field
2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management or process improvement preferred
Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint planning processes preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to facilitate training sessions
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and change management
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Possess the skills to work with Windows Microsoft Office and willingness to learn Project Management
Salary Range: $27.36 - $41.03
