The Marketing Communications Specialist will support Frontwave Credit Union’s overall marketing strategy to acquire, retain, and deepen Member relationships by assisting with the development and implementation of effective marketing and communications strategies for the Frontwave Credit Union’s products, services, and organizational initiatives. The role will serve as a marketing liaison and subject matter expert for assigned distribution channels and product lines while partnering with cross functional team members to implement and address specific needs. The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for collaborating with marketing team members to support creative and tactical promotional campaign components and identify trends, best practices and opportunities for alternative strategies and programs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Preferred Education and Experience:
Must possess an excellent eye for design and the ability to deliver messages in a clear, concise way. Must be a curious and a critical thinker with knowledge of both the creative and analytical side of marketing. Demonstrated ability to manage the creation and distribution of marketing communication collaterals to extend existing branding. Ability to understand business objectives, incorporate feedback, and produce solutions that communicate clearly and represent the brand. Must be excellent at communication & presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to rigid timelines on multiple projects.
Salary Range: $30.66/hr - $46.00/hr
