The Card Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring daily production of the Card Services Department, including progress, quality, and quantity of work, in addition to ensuring the quality of service provided to our cardholders and our retail support teams supporting the Card Services Manager with reporting and projects. The Electronic Funds Transfer Clerk, is responsible for performing various functions of ACH, Bank Wires, Check processing (Outgoing, Incoming, Clearing of On Us) and Home Banking (P2P & External transfers).
